Doug Brecher

A graduate of Bates college, with a double major in economics and political science, Doug Brecher brings a wealth of experience to the real-estate industry. After a successful decade in the cybersecurity sales and consulting space, including several successful public exits, Doug switched gears to apply his technical, consultative and deal-making skills to the real estate market.

After helping to stand up one of Boston’s fastest-growing sustainable and socially responsible real estate development start-ups, Doug ventured out to found his own firm. North, East & Co. leverages decades of combined experience to help its clients achieve successful outcomes in the worlds of commercial and residential real estate, working with both institutional investors as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.

Alongside work, Doug is actively involved with several philanthropic efforts throughout Boston… and on a Friday or Saturday night, you might catch him belting out a tune at your favorite karaoke bar.
